Guidelines to MACA By-laws Changes, for Nov 27, 2000 Board meeting

3	4.1, 4.2, 4.12	Allows for a larger Board size, not proportional to membership size, limit is 18, 4 officers, and 14 directors. This doubles the number of directors, and will increase our labor pool
4	2.5-2.11	Not changed yet, we want to clarify this wording at a later date
5	10	Parliamentary improvements, adds P&P authority to By-laws
