Membership Report

Membership Coordinator Mark Kaprielian spoke about the trend in membership noting that Adult membership is down and Junior Membership is up from one year ago.  The increase in Juniors is attributable to the team event held in Natick earlier in the year.

Information about Greg Hager’s Life Membership was reported by Robert King.  Presumably, life membership was paid in 1982 or possibly 1992.  Robert Messenger will search his personal records for those years to see if the status of Life Membership can be determined.

Scholastic Coordinator Report

Scholastic Coordinator Tony Gavelis reported that all Flyers for Maca’s Scholastic program for the entire year, with the exception of the team event, have been posted on the web.  The Rules for the Scholastic qualifiers are in their final draft and are also posted on the web.

Trophies will soon be ordered for the upcoming events.

A list of Fax and other contact numbers for Schools is being worked on.

Tony reported that the committee agreed to move the qualifier that was scheduled for November 18th, which conflicted with Severine Wamala’s North East Weekend Getaway, to January 5th.  The site has not been confirmed yet.
