Tournament Rules and Other Information

Tournament will be a 10 player round robin event consisting of the top 8 girls under age 20 by rating, plus the winner of the previous year’s National Girls Invitational Tournament (NGIT), plus one wild card to be selected by the organizers.

Prizes will include an invitation to the 2017 U.S. Women’s Championship and the World Girls’ U20 Championship, if qualified, to first place on tiebreaks. All ties will be considered first place and will receive a plaque.

Drawing of lots will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 23rd as a part of the opening ceremonies.
