Entry Fee: Premier: $50 by September 23rd. Under 1875: $35 by September 23rd. Under 1275: $25 by September 23rd All, EF $5 more after September 23rd and $10 after October 19th and on site. Play up fee: $10 for players Under 1800 to play up in Premier Section.

Tournament Sections: PREMIER (Open to players 1400+) Prizes $1320 based on 30 entries: $500-250, U2375 $200, U2175 $190, U1975 $180.

Under 1275 Prizes $540 based on 30 entries: $200-100, U1075 $90, U875 $80, Unrated $70

  • Remember that each player is responsible for bringing and setting up their clock. Please refer to the Metrowest Chess Club Digital Clock Guide for instructions on how to set digital clocks.
  • MACA does not recommend but allows US Chess approved electronic scorekeeping devices. Please note that some national tournaments held by US Chess ban electronic scorekeeping, so be sure to know how to keep score without aid of electronics.
