- Prize ratio is based on paid entries in cash prize sections.
- Please bring board, set, and clock.
- Active USCF membership is required. This must be purchased or renewed by 10/26 at 11:59 PM. Players without an active USCF membership will not be paired.
- State champion must be a Rhode Island resident.
- All registration cancellations must be requested by Friday (10/27/2023). All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee.

- Registration is limited to 72 players.

- MACA does not recommend but allows US Chess approved electronic scorekeeping devices. Please note that some national tournaments held by US Chess ban electronic scorekeeping, so be sure to know how to keep score without aid of electronics.
