Membership Requirement: |
USCF membership required in Open section and U700 section. USCF membership must be purchased or renewed by March 21, 2024 if you plan on playing in a rated section.

- Unrated sections may finish around 12:30 PM. Rated sections may finish around 1:30 PM.
- Sections may be combined or split at the discretion of the tournament director.
- Please bring a chess clock if you have one. Chess sets will be provided.
- Registration closes on December 6, 2024, at 11:59 PM or when we hit the capacity for the venue.
- This is a 4-round tournament but a small section may have to play 3.

- Remember that each player is responsible for bringing and setting up their clock. Please refer to the Metrowest Chess Club Digital Clock Guide for instructions on how to set digital clocks.
- MACA does not recommend but allows US Chess approved electronic scorekeeping devices. Please note that some national tournaments held by US Chess ban electronic scorekeeping, so be sure to know how to keep score without aid of electronics.
