Entry Fee: $20; $5 more on the day of the tournament
Registration - Onsite: 9:45am - 10:15am (onsite); However entering in advance online via the event webpage link is recommended

Tournament Rules and Other Information
  • Event located at 35 Kingston St, Boston, MA, near Downtown Crossing, first floor.
  • ** A current USCF membership is required **
  • Any player holding the title of either Grandmaster or International Master may play in any BCF tournament with no entry fee, and no entry fee will be withheld from any prize he or she wins.
  • Come hungry! Food and drinks will be provided all day.
  • COLLEGE STUDENTS AND BEGINNERS WELCOME!
  • LIMITED TO PLAYERS AT LEAST 21 AS OF JUNE 8.
  • Metered street parking is free on Sundays!

  • MACA does not recommend but allows US Chess approved electronic scorekeeping devices. Please note that some national tournaments held by US Chess ban electronic scorekeeping, so be sure to know how to keep score without aid of electronics.
