Late entrants will be paired in round 2 but NO 1/2 byes in open sections. Players playing in any qualification event, or in the state championships, are assumed to be familiar with the intent of 2009 State Championship rules here. Proof of current USCF, MACA membership required for on-site entries. Section eligibility based on age as of Dec 31, 2009. No Smoking. No Computers. Site is Wheelchair-accessible.
