Dear Readers,

I am sorry for the long wait here. Due to lapses in timing the inflow of content, this issue ended up delayed to the point that it could not justifiably be a single 24-pager, and more recent delays have held it up much longer than I would have liked. Rather than continue to dwell on this, however, I simply offer without further ado the long awaited Spring CH issue.
